SBN refers to Solutions By Nerida.

  1. Website plans, are annual.

  2. We ensure your account is hosted and secured by us for your protection and continuity of a designed website.

  3. We continue to support your website after it is completed. 

  4. Ecommerce store platforms are secured with layered protection and encrypted.

  5. Ecommerce stores are setup with a client stripe account that is secured by the client only and is not accessible by SBN.

  6. We are not responsible for connected payment platforms as we have no access to your private financial information. However we can support you to fix any issues you may have with other platforms.

  7. We can access your online order information when requested.

  8. Websites only launch with clients approval and can be cancelled or edited as per the client's request.

  9. We guarantees all websites are unique to the business contracting us. 

  10. We build and design each website with AI information assistance only. We do not use templates to design your site.

  11. We customise all websites to reflect branding for the client and their business.

  12. We require a credit card for the annual fees to be charged to every year as provided in writing upon establishing a website with SBN.

  13. We require a service list (Your Services) upfront for the build requirements for your site.

  14. We are able to transfer a site providing the client has the legal right to do so and agrees to a redesign by SBN.
