Website Terms & Conditions 

1. We do not transfer administrative rights once your site is built.

2. Website Updates after completion $60.00 per hour. (Minimum 1 hour).

3. Duration of website plan, annual only.

4. Your account is hosted and secured by us for your protection. 

5. All e-commerce store platforms are secured with layered protection.

6. All ecommerce stores are setup with a client stripe account that is secured by the client only.

7. We aren't responsible for connected payment platforms.

8. Websites only launch with clients approval and cancelled or edited as per the client's request.

9. All websites are unique to the business contracting us. 

10. We cannot guarantee security or integrity of the website with shared access and therefore retain all admin rights.

11. SBN builds and designs each website with AI information assistance only. We do not use templates to design your site.

12. SBN customises all websites to reflect branding for the client.

13. SBN is not responsible for images that are not professional or aren't provided in high res.

14. SBN requires a credit card for the annual fees.

15. SBN requires a service list upfront for the build requirements for your site.

16. SBN can copy and transfer a site.

17. SBN Invoices and requires payment prior to commencing your website.
