Social Media Terms & Conditions 

  1. We don't circulate on public holidays or weekends. However your content is still posted.

  2. We have no lock-in contract, but you do need to advise us to cancel your contract anytime before the 15th of each month and we will post for you till the end of the month.

  3. We invoice in advance before starting the service so you don't have to worry about your account on completion with us.

  4. We utilise branded content, to make your profile unique to you.

  5. We travel to you for content shoots or require updated photos by text for fresh posts.

  6. We require changes to be advised for editing content, same day as issued, as every day for us is a different service schedule. 

  7. We will on occasion update or substitute post material if it's in the clients best interest to do so. 

  8. We considers your profile is yours, so we don't mind if you also post.

  9. We respond same day to all clients.

  10. We send you all drafts on Thursday's or Friday's before we post the following week, to allow you to make changes or approve your posts.

  11. If we don't hear from you, your posts go ahead.

  12. We onboard every account with their own strategy and content choice, which will be chosen by them at startup.

  13. Clients & SBN Information will be kept private and SBN expects the client will do the same.

  14. We do not allow accounts to go overdue beyond 7 days from the due date. If you do, you are in breach and we may choose to cancel your account with payment due till end of month.

  15. We only use fresh media where we travel to site.

  16. We will grow your business with strategy and consistency, please consider our advice to stay on the right track to grow.

  17. We will always be contactable & adhere to these terms.

  18. SBN is a results driven strategic social media manager and will treat your account accordingly.

  19. We advise adding extra posts may affect your reporting.

  20. SBN only uses real time data, provided by your platform to report, this assures the client receives a 100% accurate report with no changes to the data from us.

  21. We have a consistent strategy which works to build long term accounts. If you cancel or change your account strategy, we cannot guarantee your results.

  22. SBN can only advise when mentoring, clients choices remain there own and maynot achieve SBN results.
